Peru Accommodation
The Casa Andina hotel chain has excellent hotels all over Peru. When I first visited in 1998 we stayed mostly with friends but when in Cusco CAM and I stayed at the Casa Andina just off Plaza de Armas. This hotel is in a great location, near the center of this old city, but on a quiet street. On our recent trip, we stayed mostly at backpacker accommodation. In Cusco, we really enjoyed our stay at the Ninos Hotel. The Arequipay Backpackers hostel in Arequipa was a great place in which to relax between a couple of multi-day treks.Peru Highlights
The Inca Trail may be a cliched backpacker activity, but my memory of our family’s four days on this classic trek will be a cherished memory forever.
