I was shaking in my boots (ok flip-flops) on Friday when, at the pre-arranged time, I called in to the DreamList Radio show to be interviewed by the host Melissa Borghorst, author of the Dream List series.
The 30-minute interview passed in a flash and I’m so happy I had the opportunity to answer Melissa’s questions and those of her listeners. Here’s a link to the show in case you feel like listening.
During the show, in answer to Melissa’s questions, I referenced many websites, products and books which I have used or still use in planning my family’s travels. Since I do tend to speak quickly and I also have a slight accent issue, here’s a quick list:
Infant Carriers: Baby Bjorn, Ergo, Kelty Kid’s Carrier
Favorite Guidebooks: Lonely Planet, Rough Guide, DK Eyewitness Series (great for kids!)
Websites For Flight Planning: Hotwire.com, Farecast, Vayama and Yapta.com.
michelle – i was unable to listen on either this page or on the dreamlist radio site – i’ll check back tomorrow. hopefully you’re swamped with listeners!

Great tips, Michelle. Loved the interview! Like the day plan idea.
